ReplyDeleteI'd like to say a few lots of words about this book.
Firstly, it's awesome. Period. I was pretty lucky to find such quality content in a huge place like the internet. I owe huge thanks to Celeblu, on SoFurry. :3
Second of all, I can't express in words, sounds, gestures or non-existant things how much I liked Sky Emblem. The best (and my favorite) book I've ever read. Specially because it has dragons, adventure and a few other things I like. :v But the plot itself was quite interesting. Spent a whole day reading it just to know how it would end. And I really can't say more about it. Absolutely splendid. Also, I think that the price is too low for such a high quality book (at least on Kindle anyways :P ). It's definitely worth a lot more (at least it will be for me).
Lastly, I think you will enjoy reading Deltora Quest. It's a series with 15 books or so (pretty thin books, don't worry XD ) and has a similar plot to your story, which is another reason I liked Sky Emblem. :3
In all, I would like to thank you from adding this experience to my life. One of the best ones.

I mean seriously, it's going to take a while for this smile to go away! And I do vaguely recall reading Deltora when I was a kid, but I think I'll have to read them again now.
